Takes the signed spec and turns it into a working agent: scaffolds the code, maps your existing prompts and traces, and wires telemetry into your stack. No YAML, no new infrastructure.
Build Agent works with whatever you already run on. It connects to Langfuse, LangSmith, Helicone, or raw OpenTelemetry; it scaffolds against your model provider; and it ingests any prompts and traces you already have in production so the rest of Mutagent starts with full context.
